The controller for the processing of your personal data is Solar Hands Unipessoal, Lda., legal person no. 517463849, headquartered at R. Mário Dionísio 21, 2635-473 Rio de Mouro, Portugal. For any question regarding this policy or the processing of your data, you may contact us at info@solar-hands.com.
We collect the personal data you provide directly when filling out the forms on our site — namely quote requests, audit requests, or technical support contacts. This data may include your name, address, email, phone number, and information related to your energy consumption, type of property or installation. We also collect technical navigation data, as described in our Cookie Policy.
We process your data to respond to your requests for information and to prepare commercial proposals, on the basis of pre-contractual due diligence at your request. Where you consent, we also process your data to send you communications about our services, on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. We may also process data for compliance with legal and accounting obligations to which we are bound.
For managing communications and commercial contacts, we use the Brevo platform (Sendinblue SAS), which acts as a subprocessor and whose servers are located in the European Union. For scheduling paid Advisory sessions, we use the Calendly platform (Calendly LLC, USA), to which the European Union Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers apply. Your data may also be accessed by hosting and IT support providers, always subject to contractual obligations of confidentiality and security. We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Your data is, as a rule, processed within the European Economic Area. Should any transfer outside this territory occur, it will be carried out under the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR, namely standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
We retain your data only for the period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Data associated with quote requests is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and the time necessary to comply with legal obligations. Data processed on the basis of consent is retained until you withdraw that consent.
As a data subject, and under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
You may exercise these rights by contacting us at info@solar-hands.com.
